How to remove "Demote Employee" from selections for manager to choose

We are in the process of upgrading to PeopleTools 8.57 and will be starting to use Fluid pages.

For the manager self service, when the manager selects the job and personal information for an employee, they can click the drop down arrow to select many different choices ( i.e., transfer employee, request leave of absence, etc.).

There is also a choice for "Demote Employee".  We do not want this one to be visible.  I reviewed some online documentation, and based on what I read, added a new row to the configuration for the GSS for this transaction, and switched it to Inactive.
