Budget API Updating Decimal BURDENED_COST as rounded Integer value

Hi Team,

We are using Project/Budget APIs to import legacy Project/Tasks/budgets to EBS.

We are passing the BURDENED_COST as decimal value (962791.51) to the Budget APIs, but it is updating as rounded to nearest integer value (962792) in base table, PA_BUDGET_VERSIONS.

Can you please help me understand in which situation this happens?
