WCC is installed and running but it doesn't work at all

Hello community!

I'm trying to configure WCC in order to connect it to EPPM 18.8.7

According to the Primavera P6 Enterprise Project Portfolio Management Release 18.8 Tested Configurations document, I should safely use WCC version 12.2.1.3.0, so that's the one I've installed.

I followed the manual and started the WCC, it appears to be running, as shown in the console page

as well as in the em page

But when trying to enter the webpages, I get error 404 for IBR

and for CS too

And for WCC I get the following error:

I reinstalled WCC several times with the same results, I even tried an older version but the issue remains the same.
