Material Status Control

In R12.1.3

Question- Can material status be updated after performing a allowed transaction to a material that is not a controlled item and the material status controlled is set at locator level.

Scenario- Say one locator's status  is updated (ALIAS RESTRICTED) not to allow alias transaction so when the locator receives the material it doesn't allow alias transaction. But Sub xfer is allowed so when transferring the material to a new locator where status is 'Active'( meaning all transactions are allowed) material status still shows as ' ALIAS RESTRICTED'. And thus not allowing alias transaction in new locator as well.
