Siebel Migration doesn't start the import

Hello!

We are using Siebel 18.6. We have configured Siebel Migration application and set up a migration plan. After the plan was executed the export from the DEV was completed successfully, but the import into the TEST didn't start. The \applicationcontainer\logsmigration.txt file contains following:

2019-05-29 17:00:37,977 [ERROR] - com.siebel.migration.server.MigrationExecution:

    checkStatus HTTP request failed for URL : https://<test web server>/siebel/v1.0/service/Dock%20Migration%20File%20Transfer%20Service/GetStatus

    run Error in Migration Plan Execution : File Transfer https://<test web server>/siebel/v1.0/service/Dock%20Migration%20File%20Transfer%20Service/GetStatus
