Siebel compatibility with SAML and OpenID

Hello All,

Need input on Siebel compatibility with SAML and OpenID as SSO solution.

1. Currently we are on Siebel IP15, and need to know if SAML or OpenID can be implemented as SSO solution?

2. Is latest Siebel version IP17/IP19 is compatible with SAML or OpenID? If yes, can it be integrated with Siebel for SSO solution or it need other suported SSO product like Siteminder/OAM/Webseal to be implemented with SAML.
