One of the object is not promoted and another gets promoted

Hello,

We have done promoted a project from 28 to 38. It was promoted to 38 but the package build failed for two reports.

Checked in the OMW, it is showing objects are only available in DV and PY.

How this can happen, out of three objects one was PO and two reports. PO is showing promoted to PD pathcode but reports are not available in PD path code.

In the build logs we are seeing object does not exists in central objects.
