Does anyone have a way to add missing hrs_app_profile records

An issue has occurred whereas an applicant has applied for jobs and the jobs

can be seen from the search applicants page, but are not accessible. If you try

to access the application, it cannot be found.

Also the applicant does not show up under search job.

This issue makes applicants invisible to the recruiter and was found by an

applicant informing us that jobs they have applied for do not show up in the

recruiter list for the school applied to.

In this situation, The hrs_rcmt record contains an HRS_PROFILE_SEQ number that

is missing from the hrs_app_profile record.
