Unable to Login to JDE Fat Client - Error " Unable to Load Environment - DV920"

Hello Team,

I am facing an issue while Login to the DV Fat client in JDE 9.2

The Error which I am receiving is "" Unable to Load Environment - DV920"

Please find attached JDE Log, JDE INI and Print Screen of the Error

I am on Tool Release 9.2.3.3 .
