Service/warranty management - R1775 does not show actual billable amount

Hi,

We are using service work orders.

1. Order is created

2. Part list attached

3. Labor details attached

4. Inventory issued

5. Time entry is done

6. Generating work file - R1775 (ran in proof mode) output does not show the actual billable amount for both part list and labor.

F31171 amount fields are blank. When and how does this value gets updated?
