P3159 Capacity Remaining Calculation not making sense

We are running in a Repetitive environment.  Trying to test RCC and the Line Dispatch display is not in Line with Line Schedule review in terms of consumed capacity.

My Total Capacity is 960 Minutes per day.  One Piece Consumes .3 hours  Run Rate of 200 Pieces per hour max pieces per day 3200.
