When Enrolling An Employee Through ESS with Workflow - in Error Status 9.2

Hi,

I have a client how is upgrading from 9.1 to 9.2 and as we go through the new hire event in 9.2 the process goes all the way through, the issue is related to the Work Flow Approval, instead of pending it is going to a new status = 4 Error - Invalid/Secured AB.  What does this error mean and how can I make it go away.  I researched and there seems to be no documentation regarding this "new feature".

There is an address book number with a valid email address for messages for ESS Enrollments tied to search type DL.  Tested with just an employee search type = E, same error.  BENAPPRV = Y in the process master and there is a valid address book number tied to the Process Flow.
