'order parts' functionality from 'Field Service/Laptop'

Dear All,

Our users want to use 'order parts' functionality from 'Field Service/Laptop'. After going to 'order parts' and finding the item, it is not allowing to select the item. We are not able to proceed on this. What can be solution in this? Find attached document.

Also, is there any functionality for 'part return' in this?
