Is it necessary TFA to be running before Oracle support asks to collect diags?
I am trying to understand if TFA is necessary to be running always. If I stop and disable TFA using tfactl for 1 week/month, do I loose any necessary diagnostic information?
As I know TFA is collecting data from logs (+ running necessary scripts to retrieve current process/io/memory information) and if loga are there, then TFA will be able to collect that information anytime we run `diagcollect`.
If TFA is running as a daemon and autodiagcollect is ON, that daemon is able to collect diags when it finds significant error in logs. It is able to send that diag to Oracle support (if configured). Can send email notification to DBAs (if configured).
