Support for a Guarantee based contract

We have a case for a tyre manufacturing company.

  1. Company wants to offer tire for 30 days on exchange basis and if customer is not happy the tire will be returned with no pay
  2. After 3 years of guarantee if there are any damages the Company will fix the issues at no cost.

How can we configure such contract?
