Restatement

In a multicurrency environment in JDE 9.1 is the restatements detailed and balance optional. Can we run the balance restatement at month end and do not run the detailed restatement and not setup XA, YA, ZA ledgers but setup just AC ledger? If we do opt for detailed restatement does the system automatically create XA ledger records at the time of batch post?
