Query- Regarding Tool Release - for downloading the software's (weblogic Server and Server manager)

Hi,

We query about downloading the tool release for JDE 9.1. we would like to upgrade the tool release from 9.1.5x to 9.2.3.x . Main application could would be 9.1 only the foundation code  will be changed thus doing the upgrade from 9.1.5x  to 9.2.3.x will it work? is there any issue? while upgrading tools release.

Customer is on 9.1.5.x and planned to upgrade the TR 9.2.3.x  and required component ( planner esu and all required).

before installing the ESU , we must upgrade the TR, correct so my doubt is that my base is on 9.1 however i can download TR release 9.2.3.x and can upgrade correct?
