Hi Greetings,

Has anyone encountered the subject bug. QOT Parameters are enabled for OU all other requisite setups are enforce but we still cannot get past this error in our newly added OU. Bounced Apache, cleared cache to no effect or remedy.

The function works as expected in our other US OU.

There is an internal unpublished bug that speaks to this issue but the fix referenced is ambiguous citing to set system parameters with no hint to navigation.

To my knowledge there are no System Parameters Function in QOT. The are OM Parameters and those are set as per the implementation guide.
