When trying to revise a Standard Voucher GL Distribution (W0411K), the OK button does not display af

We recently upgraded to E9.2 and now when trying to revise a Standard Voucher GL Distribution (W0411K), the OK button does not display.  Before the upgrade, we would go to Standard Voucher Entry, find the voucher, select it, then use Form Exit to GL Distribution, make the change and click the green checkmark to save.  Doing the same steps in 9.2 does not display the Ok button to save the changes.  I checked with IT to see if it was security related, but they did not think so.  My question is . . . has the process for changing/revising the
