Negotiation Hyperlink in Oracle APEX routing to EBS doesn't work

We have a hyperlink in Oracle APEX page created under iProcurement in EBS, which needs to route to Negotiation detailed page in EBS after passing Auction Header Id through APEX Page.
But it is routing to the Negotiation Search Page instead of detailed page. Below is the hyperlink used. Can you please help in this?
This works correctly for Requisition and PO hyperlinks.
