ASR MOS user requirements

Hi,

We are installing ASr (on ODAs ) for a customer who has concerns about using their default admin account with ASR.

They want to create a sub-account with restricted permissions.

I can'd find any documentation around this and wanted to ask for some guidance.

Customer questions below but more general information re using the non-default admin MOS account will be welcome

  1. My Oracle Support account minimum privilege requirements for Auto Service Request
    1. Role, i.e. user or administrator.
    2. Service Request, i.e. none, read only or create and update.
    3. Patches, i.e. download or view only.
    4. Assest, i.e. no access, view or admin.
