Extended Warranty Contracts
Hello,
I have defined Coverage Template and defined Service Contract Item.
Created a Sales Order with 2 Lines. Line 1 - install Base Track able Item (with BOM having Warranty Item) and Line 2 - Extended Warranty Item.
Shipped the Item
Install Base is Created
Warranty Contract is Created
Extended Warranty Contract also Created.
But I have following Questions related to Extended Warranty:
Extended Warranty Item in Sales Order is Interfaced to AR. Also Extended Warranty Created with Bill Schedules, which will eventually gets billed.
So we will have 2 Invoices, 1 from Sales Order and 1 from Contracts.
Please help with a solution for this issue.
