E910 - Work Center Multiple Folders View
Hello
I know that all folders do not show in the work center unless there are messages in them.
In order to see all available folders in work center, clicking the All Queues checkbox followed by Find button shows a list of folders albeit empty.
Is there a way to always show a finite set of folders for a user or role.
e.g. a set of users are setup as credit managers and they get nervous when they don't see the Credit Management folder in their work center.
I can always see the Deleted folder even when it is empty so I have an inkling that it is possible just that I could not find any FAQ document on it.
