Does processor license allow us to install databases on same server ?

Hi,

New to Oracle and have some quick database license question.

If we buy One processor license of Oracle 12c  (SE2):

  1) Does it entitle us to install any number of databases on a single Windows server (2016)  ?

  2)  If the single socket (processor) underlying hardware server is virtualized using VMware or Hyper-V.

        If we install 3 VMs (virtual machines) with Windows 2016 operating system.   Are we entitled to install

      Oracle databases on all 3 VMs ?

Just trying to compare Oracle database license with Microsoft server datacenter license.

  In Microsoft if we buy a datacenter license , we can install any number of Windows 2016 server OS

  on the above single socket hardware server.
