Order line types while creating Sales Contract Rules

in Sales, Marketing, and Territories Apps - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hi All

While creating a new sales contracts rules, I am able to see the order types as well as order lines types that doesn't have any contract templates associated to  them in OM Transaction type setup.

Is it standard feature that you can see order line types in that LOV?

Can you please share some thoughts ?
