Removing/Deleting Percent to Parent measures in RPAS v16

Is there a way to delete or remove Percent To Parent measures in RPAS version 16.  User often times was to delete a percent to parent measure and I do not see any utility on the backend that can perform this task.  Also, is there a way to edit an existing percent to parent measure.
