DLM cross inst call completion Wait Event on Single Instance

My Problem:

I have an Benchmark, in this benchmark I do Some DML/DDL (Generate Date, CTAS, create Indexes/Constraints) to compare Systems.

On one System Benchmart runs very slow, wait event is DLM cross inst call completion.

All findings are in context of RAC, but my system is a single instance (CDB with 5 PDBs), no cluster Database.

What does DLM cross inst call completion mean on single instance?
