Error execute frmplsqlconv.sh forms 12.2- Oracle Forms Migration Assistant

Hello,

we execute this sentence:

frmplsqlconv.sh mode=batch module=$ORACLE_HOME/fuentes_batch/Alm/inicio.fmb userid=adm_azkar/adm_azkar@SAX log=$ORACLE_HOME/fuentes_batch/Alm/inicio.log

and the return "could not load Properties file"
