ADF_FACES-60096: error while running Business rule

We are using EPM version 11.1.2.4 , when we run the Business rule we are getting below error after around 5 mins(even if the rule completed successfully or exceeds the rule_max_wait time).

Our current rule_max_wait time is 10 minutes.

oracle.adf.controller.internal.AdfcIllegalStateException: oracle.adf.controller.ControllerException: ADFC-12000: State ID in request is invalid for the current session

I have attached a screenshot too

Can you guys please suggest why is this happening?
