Sales order detail level manual hold - Bug 16738920

Hi,

We have a requirement from customer to put some of the sales order detail lines on hold. The hold code field is not coming in Application grid. There is one Bug 16738920 reported for same issue. Please provide us the ESU for the same or please let us know nay alternative for the same.
