Unable to create contact directory after applying Supplier Full Access:Buyer view

in Payables and Cash Management - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hi,

We have a requirement to provide access for some users only having access to create contact information and all others are read only.

I tried to Supplier Full Access:Buyer from menu exclusion but create button is not showing in supplier page.

So I tried with the below functions one by one in menu exclusions to get the access only for contact directory but still it is allowing to create suppler and site.

Supplier: Buyer View: Create Supplier Page

Supplier: Buyer View: Business Classification Page

Supplier: Buyer View: Create & Update Sites Page

Supplier Manage Address Sites

Supplier Registration New/Edit Bank Account
