Correct identifier for small businesses? ap_suppliers.small_business_flag or business classificati

We are on R12.2.5    There seems to be two places to indicate if a vendor is small business -- which is the correct way?

Set it here?   There is a field on the AP supplier table, small_business_flag, which is set to Y/N.   In ETRM, this field still shows as in use.  Where can we see it on the Suppliers form?

Or set it here?   There is a business classification tab on the Suppliers form, and one option is US Small Business.  What table is this data stored in?
