Does anybody do auto enrollment on a employee and employer 401k plan

Looking for some help on auto enrollment for 401k.  We have a employee and employer contributions set up.  We want to auto enroll all of our new hires and make them go change election for 401k if they don't want to contribution the percent we put it. 

Does anybody do this in PeopleSoft?
