WeOAF Page Performance

We are on EBS 12.2.5. Due to "issues" during our testing before go-live, Oracle had us setup 4 oaccore servers. Each oacore server has memory configured with Xms2048m -Xmx2048m.

Our primary modules are GL,  Payables & Payments. When we are highly loaded with users, the OAF page performance tanks. The connections are pretty well balanced on the 4 oacore server.

I am pretty new to this technology. How do I tune the OAF pages for better performance?
