Custom application for cost in jde

Hi team,

I have requirement in which cost changes for an item basis on basis of cost chart so each time user need to change the cost

before making GRN   on the basis of the chart it define the new cost and make GRN.

Header 1	Header 2	Header 3
A Parameter	B Parameter	Cost
4	3	10
5	4	12
6	7	13

with the help of above kind of chart user define the cost. is there any way to put the chart in the system to calculate and update the cost in P4105
