Documentation of built in Segregation of Duties in ARM

Hello All,

Hello I am on version 11.1.2.4.251.  In ARM there is built in segregation of duties with in the system.  For example, a user is both a preparer and a reviewer.  If that user preparers a reconciliation and submits the reconciliation. The system will not let them review that reconciliation even though they have the reviewer role.  I have combed through the admin guide but I do not see this documented anywhere.  I was wondering if this functionality was documented somewhere.
