Unregister to be sent to SIP server upon removing registration from cache.

Hello,

I found registration processing was changed somewhere between SCX6.4.0 and SCZ8.1.0:  in latest releases SBC does not send un-REGISTER request to the SIP server when removes entry from the registration cache. For example, min-reg-interval is set to 3600 and nat-interval is set to 30. NATed endpoint does not refresh the registration within 30 seconds and SBC removes the entry from the cache, but SIP server still considers the subscriber as registered, since it didn't receive anything from the SBC.  If i am not mistaking, in old releases SBC notified its next-hop about unregistration immediately after removing of the cache entry.
