Unable to update item description at master item level

Hi,

1.We are updating a large number of item description .  We cannot update some items at A00 (English and also Spanish description) at master level

2. Even though we are able to do the update at validation and organization level (A70 and A71).

3. It is very important to have the same description at all levels. Could you please help to find the problem?

I've also attached the screenshot we got when we try to update the deception at Master level.
