ASI error when upgrade tools from 9.2.3.0 to 9.2.3.3

Hi,

I am in the process of upgrading an Tools 9.2.3.0 to 9.2.3.3 for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne on Windows and SQL Server. I have used One Click provisioning previously to install. I am following this guide and am at the 'deploying the ASI using change assistant step' using TL9230001 from Change Assistant.

The process is however getting stuck at TR9.2.1.0 Tasks > Features > 11667 - Framework for UX One Landing Page/Springboard > Generate F00165 in Control Tables DS for GT9000B if it doesn't exist > Create F00165 in Control Tables Data Source if it does not exist.

I have checked the database and table [JDE_PRIST920].[PS920CTL].[F00165] does indeed exist and it is also listed as found in Object Librarian in OMW for PS environment.
