Error in Calculate Gains and Losses Report For 1 Asset

Hello - I am receiving this error in the Calculate Gains and Losses report:

User-Defined Exception

APP-OFA-48208: entering has the value of if h_mesg_count > 1.

APP-OFA-48208: entering has the value of loop for get.

APP-OFA-48208: at has the value of top of loop for get.

Error: function FA_AMORT_PVT.faxama returned failure

APP-OFA-48208: at has the value of top of loop for get.

Error: function fa_gainloss_dpr_pkg.CALC_CATCHUP returned failure

APP-OFA-48208: at has the value of top of loop for get.

Error: function FA_GAINLOSS_UPD_PKG.farboe returned failure

APP-OFA-48208: at has the value of top of loop for get.
