Essbase Error while connecting to SmartView

"Invalid Spread Sheet data. An application protocol error might exist between server and client process"

essbase version = 11.123.508 ; smartview version = 11.125.500

When connecting to smartview (essbase application) receiving error "Invalid Spread Sheet data. An application protocol error might exist between server and client process" while refreshing the data.
