oracle.jbo.TooManyObjectsException: JBO-25013: Too many objects match the primary key oracle.jbo.Key

Can someone help with this issue.Also, Inter company setup  link is not available in Secondary ledger even though Primary has multiple LEs and BSVs assigned.

The chart of Accounts used for Secondary ledger is extension to Primary with SEGMENT8 and SEGMENT9  as additional segments while Primary and Secondary share the same Value set values and strucutre for rest of the 7 segments.
