Can't open URL attachment Link that points to file in windows file server in EBS in iPad.

in Enterprise Asset Management - EBS (MOSC) Question

We can’t open-up URL attachment Link that points to file in windows file server in EBS in iPad. However we are able to do this in laptop.

The URL address that we use is: file://cmws0036/CDB%20Public/EAM/Equipment/5301. This URL link opens up with no issues in laptop, but does not open up in iPad.
