Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. E910 - Mass Update F98860 for CREDLIMIT Workflow

Hello

We have ~1200 active records in F98860 for CREDLIMIT workflow for customers.

The previous Credit Manager kept these pending to approve and separated before approving.

Now the new Credit Manager cannot receive these approval requests unless approved.

It is impossible to Terminate 1 message at a time from P98860 for the CREDLIMIT instance.

Is there a way to mass update preferably through front-end the F98860 to terminate all active messages at once.

I am not a big fan of SQL update as I am not sure what the impact on other related tables is but I am open to suggestions.
