Period 13 Calendar where period 12 ends on 31st December- How to define.

Hi,

I have a requirement where the co. calendar ends on 31st December.  and it is required to define 13 P.  So Period 12 has to end on 31st December and then 13 for adjustments.

If we define period 12 ending on 31st and the new year beginning on 1st Jan. what should be the ideal setup for period 12 and 13..
