Where do I find Patch number 18201352 that addresses the "ORA-00918: column ambiguously defined" err

Greetings,

We currently have a consultant onsite reviewing our PeopleSoft/PeopleTools/Database environments.  He found we did not apply patch

number 18201352 from the 12.1.0.2.180116DBBP bundle patch.  He is asking us to apply the patch, but I only find the following patch

"ORA-7445 [QERTBSTART()+3105] CRASHES QUERY WITH DISTINCT AND PJE TRANSFORMATION"

Do I have to contact Oracle Support to get a certain patch?

Any help finding the needed patch would be appreciated.
