Oracle Grid Infrastructure v. 12.2 license and DB 11.2 SE

Hi,

I have DB 11.2.0.4 SE (for 2 sockets) and active Oracle support. I would like to install 2 node RAC (each node with 1 socket)  but to use GI v.12.2 (or higher) and RAC DB 11.2.0.4. Is this correct according to my license? I understand that if I have license for DB 11.2 (or 12.1.0.1 SE) I can install any version of GI?
