Patch 1810390 installed in oracle 11.2.0.4.0 home. trying to install PSU patch 17478514 but conflic

I installed Patch 1810390 in oracle 11.2.0.4.0 home. I am now trying to install PSU patch 17478514 but conflict arises.  I am trying to duplicate an already existing install on another server which has both of these patches installed.  Question?  Should I rollback patch 1810390 then install patch 17478514 then go back and install patch 1810390?  Would this work?
