"Invalid CACert File" error when trying to delivery PO XML messages to OSN/OSuN

We are trying to integrate with the Oracle Supplier Network for outbound PO messages only.  The XML messages are generated successfully but when the transport agent tries to deliver the message we receive an "Invalid CACert File" error.  The full error message, as per ECX_OXTA_LOGMSG is below.

We already have an SR open in MOS but would like to reach out to the Oracle community to see if anyone else has experienced the issue.

Our oc4j.properties file has the following values:

StoreType Parameters:

javax.net.ssl.trustStoreType=JKS

javax.net.ssl.keyStoreType=JKS

Store Parameters:

javax.net.ssl.trustStore=$OA_JRE_TOP/lib/security/cacerts
