Getting error when input xml contains Scandinavian characters like å, Å ,ä , Ä, é, É, ö, Ö, ô, Ô, ü

I am getting below error ,here we are reading xml from external system from BS:EAI XML Read from File, Method:ReadXMLHier,,.

when the xml contains Scandinavian characters like å, Å ,ä , Ä, é, É, ö, Ö, ô, Ô, ü, Ü , we are getting below error, please help us to solve this
